JV Architects undertook the task of designing a new lift system complemented by an external housing that seamlessly integrates with the existing building. In addition to this, the project includes the creation of new medical rooms on the first floor and the introduction of new offices on the second floor within the roof space.

The purpose of the new lift is to facilitate accessibility to all three floors, ensuring complete mobility for both impaired patients and staff.

The design of the new lift shaft is meticulously crafted to harmonise with the exterior aesthetics of the original building.

This involves incorporating a matching tiled roof and pebble dash walls, ensuring a cohesive and visually pleasing integration of the new structure into the existing architectural context.
