JV Architects is a RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Folkestone, Kent, working with homeowners, businesses and developers across Kent and the South East. We specialise in residential and commercial projects, including home extensions, renovations, new build homes, listed buildings and commercial developments.

Mr Taylor - Sunflower House

JV Architects carried out a delightful conversion, restoration and re-design of a dilapidated former chapel on Foord Road, Folkestone, to become one of the most delightful and well-appointed community venues in the town. Sunflower House, as the venue is now known, has become extremely popular for a raft of events, courses, meetings and parties. Invariably users remark on the friendly and tasteful aspect of the building, respect having been paid to its 19th century origins while delivering 21-century convenience, light, decor, warmth and usefulness. Both inside and out, Sunflower House is a gem. The project was on time and on budget with JV Architects accommodating every requirement of the trustees.
