“Elevating homes, enriching lives.”

This project involved developing the roof void of a large seven bedroom period property, into the maximum number of bedroom spaces. On completion three double bedrooms, one single, a bathroom, shower room and separate toilet were accommodated in the roof void. All bedrooms had superb views and natural light afforded from nine Velux windows. The project also entailed, the construction of a new roof, renovation of the building and the insertion of a stunning timber staircase to match seamlessly with the original joinery work to connect the new development in the roof.
