The client originally wanted to extend their old kitchen, but after discussing their needs, we suggested redesigning their conservatory instead. The conservatory was large but too hot in summer and too cold in winter, so we added a new well-insulated roof with carefully positioned Velux windows. We also knocked through to the existing utility room to create a huge open-plan space with views and access to the garden. Now, the client has a dream kitchen that they can use year-round.

The space is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light from the Velux windows. The kitchen is now well-insulated and comfortable . The client is delighted with the results of the new extension. They now have a kitchen that is both functional and stylish, and they can enjoy cooking and entertaining in their new space all year round.
