Radnor Cliff, Sandgate

“Seafront semi-detached houses with covered balconies.”

This project involved the demolition of the existing four-bedroom house to make way for the construction of two new three-bedroom semi-detached residences. Embracing a ‘beach hut’ aesthetic, we believe this design is well-suited to the surroundings, serving as a visually captivating landmark at the conclusion of Radnor Cliff before entering the coastal park.

The layout features an open-plan living space with a kitchen on the first floor, granting access to private outdoor space at the rear and a front balcony. On the second floor, you’ll find an en-suite master bedroom with its own balcony, a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms.

All rooms are thoughtfully designed with expansive windows to maximise breathtaking views and natural light. Noteworthy are the two spacious balconies on the south side. Their design and orientation ensure an uninterrupted view of the sea from both levels, with glass balustrades enhancing the overall aesthetic while preserving the scenic vistas.
