There’s nothing like a challenge
This project entailed the conversion of one large two tiered flat into two separate units within a grade 2 listed building in a conservation area. An additional external balcony to the rear was design to connect the kitchen diner to the garden. The challenge was to preserve the essence of the fabric of a historic building whist fulfilling the client’s requirements. Which has been successfully achieved and Planning and Listed Building Consent granted.
